Pack Status: No longer active. Designated in 2019.

This pack formed in 2019, when two dispersers from other packs paired up. The breeding female was a disperser from the Pine Creek Pack — she was wearing a radio collar. The breeding male was also wearing a collar, and he dispersed from the Walla Walla Pack. The pair had three pups that survived to the end of 2019, and the pack received official status in 2019.
ODFW reported that in 2020, radio-collar data showed the pack had a use area of 166 square miles; 81% of the data points were located on public lands and 19% on private lands.
Unfortunately, the breeding male did not survive to the end of 2020, so the pack was not counted as a breeding pair for the year. However, at least two pups from the Cornucopia pack survived to the end of the year.
In 2021, the Cornucopia Pack breeding female produced three pups that survived to the end of the year. The pack was not counted as a breeding pair since no breeding male was documented in the pack during or at the end of 2021. There were five wolves counted at the end of the year.
No reproduction was documented by the Cornucopia Pack in 2022. Two wolves were documented during the winter count and they were not counted as a breeding pair. A collared juvenile from the pack presumably died in March, and foul play was suspected by law enforcement.
An adult from the family was shot in Baker County. No reproduction was documented by the Cornucopia Pack in 2023. Only one wolf was documented in the pack area during the winter count.
No Cornucopia wolves were documented in the pack territory after March 2024, so the AKWA is discontinued.
