Pack Status: Active without pack status. Designated as a pack in 2021.

The Ukiah Pack was founded by OR60 and his mate. OR60, a disperser from the Ruckel Ridge Pack, visited the Starkey and Ukiah WMUs repeatedly in 2019, starting in January. OR60 appeared to be alone until early 2020, when OR60 was observed travelling with another wolf in the Ukiah WMU.
OR60 and the breeding female of the Ukiah Pack bred for the first time in 2020. The pair produced four pups that survived to the end of the year and was counted as a breeding pair. A total of six wolves were documented in the pack.
Radio-collar data showed a 288 mi² use area with 46%, 45%, and 9% of location data points on private, public, and tribal lands, respectively.
In 2021, the Ukiah Pack had a minimum of eight wolves in the pack. At least four pups survived to the end of the year and the pack was counted as a breeding pair.
In 2022, the Ukiah Pack produced at least three pups that survived until the end of the year and was counted as a breeding pair. There were eight wolves counted in the winter survey.
In 2023, the Ukiah Pack produced at least three pups that survived until the end of the year and was counted as a breeding pair, with six wolves in the pack.
The Ukiah family was not documented as a breeding pair in 2024. A total of three wolves, including one pup, were documented in the winter count, so they no longer met the requirements for pack designation.
