The Sullivan Creek Pack was designated as a pack in 2019. The pack was made up of two adult wolves who established a territory west of Okanogan and south of the territory of the Loup Loup Pack.

In 2020, the pack grew to a minimum of five wolves with a confirmed breeding pair. The 2021 annual survey counted a minimum of six wolves in the pack. 

In February 2022, WA118M dispersed from the Sullivan Creek pack territory and was last tracked northwest of Kelowna, British Columbia, before a collar failure. At the end of the year, there were five wolves confirmed in the pack.

The Strawberry Pack continued to grow in 2023 with seven wolves confirmed in the pack, then in 2024 with eight wolves and a breeding pair confirmed.

WA146F dispersed from the Sullivan territory in March 2024 and traveled as far north as Keremeos, British Columbia, before returning to the Sullivan territory in May 2024.

In January 2025, one wolf was captured and collared in the Strawberry Pack by WDFW biologists.
