The Reed Mountain Pack established in Okanogan County when WA145F from the Loup Loup Pack met up with another wolf and settled in the Reed Mountain territory in August of 2024. She dispersed at the end of September of 2023 and traveled throughout the North Cascades recovery region and into southern British Columbia before localizing in the new pack’s territory.
At the end of the year, just the two wolves were confirmed in the pack, and they were not considered a breeding pair.
