Little was known about three wolves documented in 2018 using the area around Cornucopia, at the intersection of Baker, Union, and Wallowa counties. However, in 2019, they raised three pups that were counted in the 2019-2020 winter survey.
The pack had at least two pups that survived to the end of 2020, when they were again counted as a breeding pair.
