Pack Status: Active. Designated in 2018.

In 2017, a group known as the OR52 wolves was discovered using an area in Union County. They produced one pup that survived to the end of the year, and were not counted as a breeding pair. The breeding female was collared.
In 2018, the pair produced at least three pups that survived to the end of the year and were renamed the Five Points Pack.
In 2019, they raised three pups that were counted in the 2019 annual survey. A 183 square mile use area was shown by radio-collar data for this pack, according to ODFW. Of this use area, 50% of data points were shown on each public and private lands.
The Five Points Pack produced at least four pups that survived to the end of 2020, making a minimum total of 10 wolves in the pack. The pack was also counted as a breeding pair for the year.
In 2021, a collared subadult male was killed by poison. The breeding male of the Five Points Pack was also not documented at the end of the year; therefore, the pack was not counted as a breeding pair. The annual survey confirmed a minimum of six wolves in the pack.
The pack had a minimum of 12 wolves in the pack at the end of 2022, including at least two pups that survived to the end of the year. They were documented as a breeding pair.
In 2023, the Five Points Pack produced one pup that survived until the end of the year and was not counted as a breeding pair. Four wolves were killed by the Agency in response to livestock predations, leaving four wolves documented in the pack during the winter count.
The Five Points Pack produced at least four pups that survived to the end of 2024 and was counted as a breeding pair. OR30, a wolf from the pack who was over ten years old, died of unknown causes. A total of eight wolves were documented in the winter count.
