The Billy Goat Pack in Washington was formed when a collared female wolf dispersed from the Shady Pass Pack and found a male mate, establishing a territory in the Methow Valley. Their pack territory is in the North Cascades Recovery Region, and by the end of 2025, they were the only two wolves counted in the pack.
